Panel A shows the NF-κB binding activity of nuclear extracts (5 μg) from 293 T cells transfected with the indicated viral plasmids (10 μg) or were mock-transfected. Panel C shows the Sp1 binding activity of the same nuclear extracts as in panel A. Binding competitions were performed with 100-fold molar excess of the respective unlabelled oligonucleotide.
