Transduction of 293T cells by Tat-P and Con-P1. To test the capability of Tat-P to cross 293T cell membranes, FITC labeled Tat-P,
Con-P1 or Con-P2 peptides were added to 293T cells with concentrations ranged from
6.25 μM and 200 μM. Three hours later, cells were washed extensively with PBS and
viewed under fluorescent microscope (Magnification ×200) (Panel A). In some experiments, after transduction with 200 μM peptides, 293T cells were fixed
and the nuclei were counter-stained with Sytox Orange (red). Cells were then visualized
under confocal microscope (Magnification ×1000) (Panel B).
