Replication of HIV-rtTA_{G19F E37L} variants with different amino acids at position 56. SupT1 cells were transfected with 5 μg of HIV-rtTA molecular clones encoding different rtTA alleles, and cultured with or without 1 μg/ml dox. All rtTA variants contain the F86Y and A209T mutations. Virus replication was monitored by CA-p24 ELISA on culture supernatant samples.
