The right y-axis shows the viral load (diamond symbols) for the whole population of each week. Treatments are shown with arrows at the top of the figure along with the week post-infection (week 0 denotes the RT-SHIV challenge stock). Horizontal red bars show the percentage of all subpopulations with a single K103N mutation in the population of each week. Identical subpopulation were given the same subpopulation designation and color code.
