Restriction activities of M. leonina TRIMCyp on lentiviruses. (A) The indicated cells were infected with HIV-GFP-VSVG at the indicated infection unit (IU). IU = 0.1 or 0.5 denotes 10-fold or 2-fold dilution of HIV-GFP-VSVG viral stocks, respectively. Percentage of infected cells was counted 48 hours later by FACS analysis of GFP positive cells.
