I am sorry I noticed the following errors in the published version of the manuscript:

Additional file 1: Please erase from caption: “the highly conserved catalytic residues D64, D116 and E152 (presented in yellow) and”.

Abstract: “Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate” should read, simply, "tenofovir".

Background, fourth paragraph: Again, please do not consider “disoproxil fumarate”.

Caption of Figure 2: Sixth line: Please do not consider “pro-drug”. Seventh line:“Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate” should read, simply, "tenofovir".

Methods section "Nonhuman primate studies": “50 mg/kg/BID or 100 mg/kg/BID” Please do not consider “/kg/” thus it should read as: “50 mg BID or 100 mg BID”.
